Welcome to the Newborough Cricket Club Home Page

Newborough Cricket Club are a friendly club with good ambition and detailed plans for a new pavilion. We will be playing 1st XI cricket in Rutland Division 2 and Hunts Division 1 again in 2009 but for the first time will also have a 2nd XI playing league cricket. The 2nd team will be playing in Hunts Division 5.

We also play in the 20/20 midweek league where we blood our younger players and give them vital experience & development without the result being critical. We will also try to play a number of friendlies. We are looking to expand/develop the number of youngsters playing and have a number of coaches (level 1 & level 2) amongst our membership. We continue to be on the look out for new/additional players.
